Marble Painting Planets

As you might have guessed we have been exploring marbles and you just can t explore marbles without including a little marble painting in your planning.

I would recommend getting those cheap gloves to do this though as it stains fingers especially if you use food coloring yikes. Students can tilt the box and use gravity to roll their marbles or roll them using a spoon. Display children s art in an area where they can easily see it. Every time i introduce marble painting to a group of preschoolers i change the process a bit.
