Bake at 450 degrees f 10 minutes. 4 ounces chocolate cookie crumbs 2 tablespoons melted butter 2 1 2 pounds cream cheese room temperature 1 3 4 cups sugar 3 tablespoons flour 1 4 teaspoon salt 2 yolks 5 eggs. What is no bake cheesecake. It is easier to make than the japanese souffle cheesecake.

Spoon plain and chocolate batters alternately over crust. Cool at least 2 hours.
