Mk1 golf roof skin.

My mk1 golf needs a new roof skin and im looking for information on how this job can be done. These are the steps i took to get rid of my old rusted sunroof fill in the hole and strenghen the roof and. Vw golf mk1 parts accessories. Ive been searching around on vw forums but i still havent found out any information on how to do.

Has anybody tried sourcing roof skins of the citi golf. Replacing a mk1 golf roof skin. I know there are non sunroof skins around but id really like to keep the sunroof if i can. Ime sure that s were all the rear panels are coming from on ebay.
